Evolucia Solutions is an agency based in Montréal, Québec, Canada, that installs artificial intelligence ecosystems for independent financial advisors. The information we collect

We collect the information you provide voluntarily and a minimum of technical data:

  • Your contact details provided through the booking form and by email: name, email, phone number and your company name.
  • The information about your practice that you share during the audit, so that we can assess your situation.
  • Basic browsing data, necessary for the proper functioning and security of the site.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • respond to your requests and communicate with you;
  • schedule and prepare your audit;
  • provide our services when you become a client;
  • send you service-related communications.

We do not use your information for other purposes without your consent.

Communications and text messages (SMS)

By providing your phone number, you consent to being contacted by email and by text message about your request and your audit. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply depending on your plan.

You can unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP to a text message, or by writing to us. We do not sell or share your number for third-party marketing.

Sharing with providers

We rely on trusted providers to deliver the service, for example a CRM as well as calendar and messaging services. These providers only process your information on our behalf and according to our instructions. We do not sell your information.

Hosting and retention

We keep your information for as long as necessary to provide the service and meet our obligations. Your information is hosted on compliant infrastructure, in Canada when required. When it is no longer necessary, it is deleted or anonymized.

Your rights (Law 25)

In accordance with Québec's Law 25, you can access the information we hold about you, have it corrected, or withdraw your consent. To exercise these rights, write to us at kainoa.courtade@evolucia.ai. We respond within the timeframes set by law.

Cookies

This site is a simple showcase site. Our use of cookies is minimal and limited to the proper functioning of the site. We do not use advertising-profiling cookies.

Security

We apply reasonable measures to protect your information: minimal, need-to-know access, confidentiality agreements with our collaborators, and providers recognized for their security practices. No system is perfect, but we take your privacy seriously.
